I know very little about IP6. I don't see how using it, while routing to it
from IP4 at the same time, frees up any IP4 addresses, however. To get to an
IP6 site using an IP4 address, there still exists the limit of the number of
possible IP4 addresses.

Those on IP6 shouldn't have any problem getting from their larger address space
to the smaller IP4 address space.
