Job Description:

Required Skills and Abilities
-Provide all levels of support including but not limited to desktop
support, printer support, server support, switch/router/firewall support.
-Expert in the use and administration of MS Office 2003 and 2007,
Windows XP/7, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 2003/2008, Exchange 2003/2007.
-Five years or more experience in desktop and server technologies.
-Two years or more experience as an IT service provider (consultant).
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to maintain
networks.
-Ability to work within a team environment to complete projects.

Desired Skills (Not Required):
-VMware experience
-SQL and/or Oracle DBA experience
-Sonicwall firewall experience
-Cisco experience
-Scripting experience
-Managed services experience
-Labtech and Connectwise experience
-DR backup solutions (ShadowProtect, FalconStor)
