I'm not really a fan of cPanel, but I think I disagree with the spirit of
your criticism, Joey.
A lot of work we geeks do is "building on the shoulders of giants". Of
course we are picky about what tools we use. But we often serve clients much
less technically savvy than ourselves. So being able to recognize a tool as
flawed, but potentially useful for someone else, is a useful skill.
