Boy, it's sooooo easy to jerk the *BSD chain. Why are you all so
defensive? I mean, it's not like someone like MSFT used the
BSD license to "borrow" the BSD IP stack and merge it in with
Windows. Oh, wait, they DID do that. Never mind!

It looks like AB has a fatal flaw, and I'm not sure that I can
articulate it into a pithy phrase...
