Wikimedia-centric, yes -- wiki-centric, no.
The Wikimedia operations infrastructure team will be leading this
hackathon, and most of what they do is *not* MediaWiki development.
Keywords include Apache, squid, varnish, OpenStack, Puppet, gerrit, and
LDAP. One project they want feedback on at this event is:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/WMF_Projects/Wikimedia_Labs
Since this has to integrate with and support MediaWiki, the hackathon
will also include MediaWiki-related work and discussion. But there will
indeed be a lot to hack on other than MediaWiki itself.
And if anyone on this list is looking for a job, Wikimedia Foundation is
hiring: http://jobs.wikimedia.org/ so you can come and chat to us about
our openings.
I hope to see you there!
