Certifications: A+, Network +, MCDST Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, MCSA Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, IC3 Computer Literacy, CTTIE Computer Technician Maintenance from state of Louisiana, Board of Education, teaching certificate. Experience: PC Tech, 3 years, (Windows-based), Help Desk Supervisor, 1 or 2 years (Windows-based),  Taught computers at high school level, 8 years.  Help Desk Representative, 2 years. Taught A+ as adjunct professor at Nunez Community College, 1 semester. In the computer field for 32 years.
