[Nolug] cPanel's 2013 Conference is in NOLA, 2013 YAPC in Austin

Details are light atm since the 2012 conf just wrapped, but:

The last day of the conference, they provide free entrance to the
public. Specifically, they want to target LUGs and student groups
(high school, college).

I'll post more details as they get finalized.

Oh, and 2013's YAPC is in Austin. cPanel's the primary organizer
of it.
