I'm not sure, but maybe not. We've eaten cooked fish sushi in Japan
for a long time. Also I've eaten half bloiled tuna fish and salmon
sushi in Tokyo. They were very nice.

After reading the thread, I've missed New Orleans. I really want
to come back to to New Orleans someday :-)
