[Nolug] Cox's speed increase apparently came through!

I'm on the premier package, and whereas before I averaged a top speed of
30Mbps, just now I hit download speeds of 70, 70 & 65Mbps w/ upload speeds
around 15Mbps. That's with a SurfBoard 6141 modem and WRT54GL router.
