I have the Acer C720P CB and love it. I sprung for the touchscreen for why
not and it's very handy when my almost-two-year-old wants to watch YouTube
cartoons. I know you can chroot to put ubuntu on it with crouton, but I
haven't done it yet. (Dr. Google says that you can do Minecraft that way:

The one thing I would strongly advise for a CB is to get one with 4GB of
RAM, or one that's user-upgradable.
