[Nolug] Directv from Dave Prentice on 2002-12-17 (nolugarchives)

Has anybody actually been able to contact DirectvDSL? Their phone is
on message only mode, and there is no email address. I want them to
discontinue my service so I can go with John, but don't know how to
reach them.
Also, somebody said you had done a restart on your Directv DSL
modem with a paper clip. I did it once months ago but forgot how. Do
you have the details?
