There is. Other providers (like my DSL provider, Speakeasy.net) are
quite Linux friendly. They cost more, sure, but I feel its worth it
for the added service.
I shop at Wal-Mart for the low prices -- not for the high quality
product. I recognise that they might not provide me with completely
personalized service at the prices they offer.
Its the same with Cox. I don't expect them to cater to minority users
with their commodity product.
