I thought diald was for dialing out on demand? At least thats what I used
it for along time ago. It's been a while, and this is an old reference, but
I used http://www.swcp.com/~jgentry/pers.html to set up a dial server to get
access to a lan at work before. Was back on a 2.2 kernel, but I think most
of the stuff is still relevent.
