Yes, my bad. You need to recompile your sendmail.cf use this option:
FEATURE(`blacklist_recipients')
Then you can do stuff with recipients, like (from cf/README)
user@otherhost.mydomain.com ERROR:550 Mailbox disabled for this recipient
