UNO CS already has a hefty cluster. I know the ACM has a few servers
that sit in the labs on the third floor. We could probably arrange
something with them and the network admin. The other place to look
would be the Engineers. IEEE has there own designated room and
network. I recently found out that they are trying to incorporate
some version of Linux into their vocabulary.

The Computer Engineering curriculum has finally been accredited.
Being a CE major and a CS minor, I'm more interested in *nix on
embedded systems. We already have classes on assembly for the 80x86
processor and I believe the 8501 embedded processor (Haven't taken
the embedded yet). This would be a learning experience for everyone
involved, and a great blog to have on NOLUG. We might be able to get
some people from the university involved with embedded systems.
(Money to build the system). This is probably a long shot, but I
would be willing to drop the bug.
