What makes working for Civil Service suddenly imbue you with brains,
ethics and kindness? Haven't you ever gone down to City Hall?

I've been treated well at the companies I've worked for, and my
mother can tell you horror stories of her time at the Post Office:
the supervisor (since retired) was a Grade A jackass. That's why
she is now the Union shop steward for her branch, even though is
she is a conservative Christian and staunch Republican.
