I've found that setting up fetchmail/postfix/SA/courier-imap/Evo
to be relatively simple on Debian Sarge. Followed a cookbook to
get SA linked in to postfix and postfix to IMAP

For now, Evo is doing the filtering. Had to alter the rules, of
course, since they assumed local storage.
