ext3 to ReiserFS (was Re: [Nolug] postfix, Maildir and non-$HOME delivery)

/var/mail would have been ReiserFS. All those little files just
scream for ReiserFS.

Is there a way to do an in situo partition conversion from ext[23]
to ReiserFS? None that I've heard of, but others may know.
