[Nolug] December meeting at Luther's BBQ

Hey all,

We took a vote at the meeting last week and decided to meet at Luther's on
Vets in Metairie for the December 18, 2003 meeting, instead of at UNO.
Consider it a Christmas party for NOLUG.
