[Nolug] Odd video question

Howdy,

Does anyone know if it's possible to convert component video or S-video
to
either a VGA signal or to a BNC signal?

I was thinking about hooking up a set-top DVD player to a 21-inch
monitor that I have.
Go figure...Always have to be tinkering with something.

(I suppose I'd have to buy some sort of box to convert it, but I was
wondering
if I'd be lucky...)
