[Nolug] Customizable Bootable CD

Anyone here have a clue how to make a bootable CD? I'm looking for
something like Knoppix, but customized. I don't even want X-windows.

Specifically, I need a bootable CD of FreeBSD or Linux that comes to a
login. Then, after login to a specific user, it runs a script which
does a SSH. So I need:

Linux or FreeBSD op system (No x-windows ness)
SSH
Specific users in passwd
scripts in users directory
