I've done SMB servers both on my home PC and a few servers. Granted, I'm
not a guru at it, but at least I've successfully installed and run
samba... Has anyone replied to this request? If the persom is able to
come to a meeting, so much the better, as I think most of us could learn
a thing or two about SMB. If someone else wants to tackle it, I won't
object. I'm working on getting sitters so I can come to the meeting
Thursday. I now have 2 good tape drives, and a file server that is in
need of one. I suggest we do an install! Shouldn't take more than a few
minutes to recompile the kernel for tape support (it's running RH9 with
a small monolithic kernel).
