I used WinMozilla to import the pst file into an mbox file, then
I FTPed that file to the Linux box.
Then I used Evolution to import the mbox file into Evo's native
format.

Currently, this is what I use:
fetchmail -> postfix -> courier-maildrop[*] -> courier-imap
My MUA is Evolution. So, given a functioning IMAP server, you
can create the IMAP folders within Evo, and drag-n-drop the direc-
tories from the local store into the IMAP store, where ever the
IMAP server is.

* - courier-maildrop is a like procmail, but the syntax isn't so
cryptic.
