Perhaps you misunderstood me... I can certainly manage any domains that are
under my control. One of the domains I use isn't mine... I just have a shell
account there (actually, I think they've turned off ssh, so all I have left
is pop3 access). If they decide to publish SPF records and don't make
allowances for people like me, I'm toast. In other words, SPF can break mail
for legitimate users.
