Gaa, you're really, really out of date... is there a reason you can't move to
fedora (or some other distro?). If you need to stay with RH9, the legacy
support (probably someone can help you with this) involved using either apt
or yum to get patches. I don't know if red carpet maintains current
(post-EOL) patches or not. Anyone?

I've done this before. IIRC, there are 3 rpms that you need.
