Do you have an e-mail alias with all HR department e-mail addresses in it.
(for example in a simple text file)

/etc/aliases with line:
HR: hrdept_emails.txt,

Then all you have to do is reroute bob@aol.com to HR alias.
/etc/mail/virtusertable
bob@aol.com HR

Setting up all these is very simple with webmin's sendmail config tool.
