[Nolug] shell colors

Could someone point me to the direction where I could go ahead and change
directory listing color in bash[2]?

For some reason RHEL 3.0 have much deeper blue for indicating directories
than RH7.3, which was fine. Now I want to make the colors in RHEL more
eye-friendly.
