[Nolug] mysql database not working

Hello everyone, does anyone have some mysql experience.For some reason I
can,t get my database to work.I am trying to install phpgroupware.....php is
working with apache2 webserver.

Also I am not able to access localhost on this computer, 127.0.0.1 or
localhost will not work which is not letting me access webmin.

Any ideas ?

Using 9.1 Suse Professional
