What you want is the Ultimate Boot CD.

It's essentially a whole slew of utilities in tiny little floppy-sized
images. Everything from partition resizers to HDD password setters to
all major manufacturer's HD diagnostics to FreeSCO to CMOS tools to
DOS-based NTFS utils to antivirus to benchmarkers.
