[Nolug] Help Please

I have a HDD Tray on my PC, and a few minutes ago when I swapped from Mepis
to Libranet, I found that the computer would not boot past the "Boot
Splash" screen.
 
I have tried booting from a live cd and still will not get past the boot splash.
Tried memory changes, hard drive changes, even bypassed the hdd tray.
I have reset the bios also.

Any Ideas would be appreciated.
