My suspicion is that you also traverse LaNet via LSU in Baton Rouge.
It would actually be interesting what kind of bandwidth you would see
to LIGO Livingston since you are likely behind where I suspect our
bottleneck is and we also route through LSUs LAN. I *think* you are
on LaNet which routes through LSU and out through their border to
Houston. If that is the case, you should be able to pretty much
saturate the 18 mbps link to LIGO. If you want to run a test, let me
know. The more numbers I end up with right now, the better.
