Hello Charles.
Yes, I am concerned - by Cox lack of response to this problem. It's not a
"specific" problem. I see it on every Cox connection I've checked in the New
Orleans area.
As near as I can tell, NOTHING has been done. The three people I know who
reported the problem directly are all still having it. Cox has not contacted
them about it since their initial reports.
I'll file a formal network outage report through CommTech tomorrow.
Thanks for your efforts in trying to help. Sorry to have wasted your time.
John

John,
Thank you for your continued assistance and concern. I am here. As I said
previously I can not and will not discuss specific customer issues in an open
forum. To date I have only had one person contact me directly (via Broadband
Reports) and have their issue has been resolved.
The one area I can speak to is that at various times your IP addresses have
been
filtered and or blocked as various activities initiated certain security
filters. I have not seen anything in the logs in the last few days.
Thank you,
Charles Jouglard

Could I get an update from you? The customer who sent me the attached plot
opened his ticket about 2.5 weeks ago and hasn't heard "boo". As the plot
shows, he is still seeing 5% packet loss when trying to access my mail server.
