Can I mention that me, and two of my friends got booted from PS2 online
and GAIM at the same time 3 times in a row?

Who can I call about this? Its obviously not my network, bc it's
happening to 3 of us and one of the guys lives in Baton Rouge.

All my complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. What can I do?

Matt,
Sorry you are having an issue. I've changed the subject line as the old
subject/thread was being deleted. Old threads make some email readers act
different.

While Cox is a partner with Microsoft and their XBox platform, support for
gaming is minimal due to various factors such as the platform, cables, methods
of connection to the cable modem, blah, blah, blah, ya da, ya da, ya da....

Seriously, send me your cable modems' HFC MAC (offline please) and I'll dig into
your specific issue.

BTW, if this issue occurred last night we were performing routine maintenance in
all areas of the city that required a reboot of all modems at least once (some
took two times) during the maintenance window of 12:01 am through 6:00 am CDT.

Yours in service,
