good rant...., I feel like I,m in the same boat sometimes.Everything I have
learned about computers and networking have been self taught or self
study. No college courses at all.I was hosting my own web server for
awhile.Had some major trouble a couple of times and got tired of reloading
etc etc. It seems sometimes that people want to hold on to there
secrets....or ways of doing things. One thing is for sure , you can have all
the book knowledge in the world, but in the real world what counts is the
ability to git-R-done!! Who cares if you are certified or not,I don,t. I,m
an ASE Certified Master Mechanic and nobody cared. I worked off-shore on oil
drilling rigs where you learn as you go...we called it OJT ( On the Job
Training ) and nobody cared. ok enough already.
Maybe I,m just a Jack of All Trades Master of None......but I usually can
git-R-done....lol

I hate the fact that cox blocks port 80 and 25.I was able to get around the
port 80 thing but never was able to get my mail server to work on another
port.
Maybe I will try again soon, when things slow down for me at work. After 8
hours of driving all over BFE all day, I,m exhausted.

ok, No Whining .......lol
