Nope, that wouldn't be it. Its going to be a device because you are
going to need to take the cable and spit it into video and the audio (R
& L) channels...
However, whether or not such a device exists, I don't know... I know
you can go from composite video to RF with a converter because I've seen
them, but I've never seen converters that work the other way...
A cheap VCR or an A/V receiver would be your best bet.
