I live out in St. Charles, so we were fortunate to have been spared...
   We had one tree knocked over when a larger tree cropped a branch and
are in the process of putting it back up again (it fell over during a
rain storm here today). The house also lost some siding and one tree
was tilted about ten degrees (not straight). Lots of branches down.

We had power restored the Saturday after the storm and DSL the next day.
   Cable service didn't come back until last Saturday.

Life is basically back to normal. I'm currently getting ready to be
slammed by new clients from a Financial Advisor group because a number
of their offices were flooded or destroyed. Also getting ready to
possibly help my big client switch to DSL since Cox Business Services
blew him off when his service went BACK down Friday after being restored
  last weekend. Basically they told him that they can't even
guarantee that he will have service in six months, much less at the
opening bell on Monday. Needless to say, he is NOT happy.

Also, Joey, if you want, I'd be willing to host the NOLUG list off of my
site in Dallas until we get back up and running 100%. Let me know off
list at: jeremy -at- unix-boy.com.
