[Nolug] relocation op in California

Guys,

I got a call a couple of weeks ago from a large compnay in Cali, looking to
help some lucky geek refugee that wants to live out there. They want to help
NOLUG regarding Katrina, and that's the best idea they could come up with.
They want Linux/Perl.
