Need contractor to find out why Miva Merchant is having problems on new
server but not old. You don't have to be a Miva expert. Just able to
understand Miva and do some research on the problem.
Problem: Old Miva server had a site with French characters in website. After
copy to new server the French characters come out wrong on the website. Need
this resolved.
