If I had my laptop with me, I could post pics of the ripped fiber. I
stood in the rain for about 8 hours while I helped Bell South and
Charter patch things up. If I remember right, the log truck caught
the fiber around 10 in the morning, and the Charter guys were still
working at 10 that night. I had been complaining to Bell South for
about 5 months that the fiber was hanging too low on Weyerhaeuser's
access road. Charter was not happy that Bell South had an open work
order on that issue for 5 months. If I would have known that the
other fiber belonged to Charter, I would have called them too.
