I don't know anything about dreamhost. If you can edit the httpd.conf,
you can verify the VirtualHost configuration. If not, you gotta work
with them to do so. Also, is your /etc/hosts entry
"peopleofneworleans.com" or "peopleofneworleans" or even
"www.peopleofneworleans.com". It needs to likely be one of the fully
qualified ones because that is what will be in the VirtualHost container
in the Apache config
