[WebInvoicer] version 0.5.2 released

Changelog for version 0.5.2

    * Number of invoices for each company are printed in the "Review Invoices"
button in choosecompany.php. If none are found, the button is not displayed.
    * Refactored createinvoice.php:
          o Separated form and database insert code and moved each code block
to its own include. This change significantly improves the look of this page,
as well as the logical flow of the user interface.
          o Removed $tax_rate initialization (this rightfully belongs in
config.inc).
    * Fixed typo in sql.txt (value for 'PR' now reads 'Proposal' in table
type). This in an inconsequential database change, affecting only printed
invoices of type 'proposal', and is completely cosmetic in nature.
    * Minor code clean-ups, such as removal of old debugging code, extraneous
comments, etc, were done.
