[WebInvoicer] bugfix release: version 0.5.3

This version fixes a bug in createinvoiceinsert.php (material variables were
not being grabbed through $_POST, and no materials were being added to the
database). Also a couple of minor usability changes were made.

If you are using version 0.5.2, please upgrade immediately to version 0.5.3,
as you WILL have problems with 0.5.2.
