As for New Orleans, why do we always lag behind the rest of the nation,
especially in technology? I believe we (Louisiana) are near the bottom,
around 47%, of Internet users. I'm sure the number of techno-savvy citizens
will increase once Mr. Gates so kindly pays his anti-trust 'penalty', but
there is no reason not to have free training centers whereby people are
taught to use free *nix over a free community network all for the mere cost
of only a couple of brain cells!
