How about Roman empire that had all these "wonders" 800 - 700 years earlier
in these exactly same regions of earth. Taken that Roman empire did die and
vanish but still I would not give credit to islamic or any other religion of
these.

I think he's stating that those Islamic civilizations *resurrected*, not
created, those ideas and facets of life. It doesn't make sense that sewers and
running water died when the Romans died, like it did. There was no running
water or sewers during the Middle and Dark Ages which came after the Romans and
Greeks.
