I dont have a chance to make it to the meetings and there for dont gain any
knowledge which is bad. I was wondering if people could just start stating
facts about linux ie how to do this and that .. set it up for clustering
blah blah etc. I mean I dont want to know about any specific topics really
just want to gain as much knowledge as possible right now.

Obviously, making the meeings would help, but also you can do quite a bit of
studying on your own.

You can head over to the LDP site (http://linuxdoc.org) --- any and
everything you want to learn about is probably there, with extensive
documentation.

Also, if you want to stay on top of developments, read slashdot
(http://slashdot.org) daily. Yes, there are idiots there, but the articles
and the discussions are a great source of info.

If you have quick questions, try irc. I get much help in the linux channels
(#linux, #linuxhelp, #redhat (pick a distro), #php (pick a language), etc.
