MSN: 496.8 Kbps
BandwidthPlace: Communications: 1.1 Megabit
                                Storage: 136.4k
                                1M Download: 7.5 seconds

I'll let you know once the guy leaves what it looks like after.

If anyone has a good upstream & downstream speed tester, let me know.
