stand-alone (cli and/or gui), or is it just another scripting language?
- What kind of libraries are available as building blocks?
- Is there a lot of overhead running ruby apps, if the applications can
not be self sustained. (stand-alone)
- How does it compare to Python if at all?
- How does it compare to PHP if at all?
