It looks like from now on, instead of trying to do a service to the
group (especially since there's supposedly a recession going on) and
forwarding employment opportunities that would be applicable to some in
the group, they will be deleted. It seems like every time an
announcement is posted to the list, it degrades into a political
shit-fest or some other nonsense.
Frankly we don't care if you would never moved to location X for said
job because of reason Y, don't like the contract terms, etc. If the job
didn't work for you, all you had to do is delete the posting. I
understand that the cesspool that is now the internet makes it so easy
to comment on everything, but the truth is that some things really don't
need commentary. No sane person ever wrote editorials to the newspaper
complaining about the jobs in the classified section.
If you are someone who extracted value out of the position announcements
I forwarded, I'm glad I helped you out.
