[Nolug] authoritative knowledge of how a device is mounted

Hi,

How can I get this information (i.e., mount point & filesystem)?
Sure, I can grep /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab, but they are text files,
and thus can be edited.

Thus, is there something in /proc, or maybe a utility that can give
such info?
