[Nolug] upgrading openssl from Will Trufant on 2003-02-26 (nolugarchives)

hey fellas - im upgrading to openssl-0.9.7a from 0.9.6g.

everything compiles just fine, but when i run "openssl version", its still
running the old binaries. im running mandrake 9.0.

any ideas?
